This is a young 16 year old F with chronic headaches and shoulder and upper back pain. She had been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome. She had tried therapy and injections for over a year, to no relief. Her headaches would wake her up at night constantly and interfere with school. She was evaluated and treated by Dr. Sharma, underwent surgery, and all her symptoms resolved including her intractable headaches.
