Chronic Pain: Subacromial Impingement 3

This patient developed a chronic several year history of Left shoulder pain and weakness. He could only elevate his shoulder to about 90 degrees. He had an MRI showing a labrum tear, but he felt it didn’t explain his symptoms. He saw Dr. Sharma and was diagnosed with pec minor tightness as the root cause of his issues. The labrum tear was incidental. He was treated and eventually became pain free with complete motion restored.
